*Ingredients You Need

  • Brown bread slices - 2 slices
  • chipotle sauce-20gm
  • mozzarella cheese or any cheese you want- 50gm
  • butter-10 to 20gm
  • green capsicum-30gm
  • sliced onion-30gm
  • sliced cabbage-20gm
  • cut tomato-30gm
  • sweet corn-30gm
  • green chutney-20gm
  • peanut butter-1 tablespoon
  • garam masala
  • chilli powder
  • sabji masala or kitchen king masala
  • salt as per taste

*Process
  • collect all veggies in mixing bowl or container
  • add chipotle sauce and green chutney
  • add all masala as per your taste mix it well
  • apply peanut butter to one slice of bread
  • pour all batter on side where peanut butter is
  • spread cheese and cover top with another bread of slice 
  • apply butter on top side of bread and grill the sandwich in griller or grill pan for upto 10 to 12 minutes
  • cut sandwich in four pieces and served with green chutney and ketchup
you can add mayonnaise to balance taste of green chutney for dipping sandwich

its a very healthy,spicy,tangy sandwich to satisfy your taste buds
